About the artist
Charlotte Hickey is a fish biologist and illustrator based in Connecticut. She studied Aquaculture and Fisheries Science at the University of Rhode Island.
Fish Lady Designs was created to combine her background in science and her lifelong love of making art. Working in the lab and the field inspires detailed and expressive illustrations that showcase the unique beauty of the aquatic environment and it's creatures.
